Precision Laser Processing Ltd is committed to investing in the latest technology.

We have three CO2 flat bed Lasers, three multi axis Yag. Lasers, Water Jet cutting machine, Press Brake, Tig. and Mig. Welding capability.

Our design team can provide technical advice to achieve the best practices and utilisation of materials.

The programming systems are compatible with majority of existing CAD/CAM packages importing data directly from external sources, that allows the manufacture of prototypes and parts within a short time scale.


Co2 Laser cutting and bracketry

CO2 Laser cutting and manufacturing bracketray with a variety of materials, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium.


Fine Cutting with Yag. Laser

Fine cutting using Yag. Lasers with typical kerf width of 0.07 mm and tolerance of +/- 0.02 mm.

Laser Drilling

Drilling large and small items at acute and perpendicular angles.
Typical ratio of 10:1 ( 1mm hole in 10mm material ).


Laser Welding

Two tubes, outer 2mm diameter, inner 1.6mm diameter welded without effecting the internal diameter of the thinner tube.
